My Connection Speed Is Down To 10% Of What I Am Paying For
For the week or so my connection speed is down to about 70MBPS. I am paying for and used to get 900MBPS. I have restarted everything in the line. I am hardwired to the router. What gives?

Thanks for flagging this — we totally get how frustrating it is to see such a big drop in speed, especially when you're hardwired and expecting close to 900 Mbps.
Since you’ve already restarted everything and confirmed you're using a wired connection, here are a few things that could help narrow down what’s going on:
Run a speed test directly from your modem (bypassing the router, if possible). This can help rule out whether the issue is with the modem itself or something happening downstream.
Check the Ethernet cable type — for gigabit speeds, you'll want at least a Cat 5e or Cat 6 cable. Anything lower can cap your speed.
Inspect for background activity — things like cloud backups, large downloads, or multiple devices streaming can eat up bandwidth even if you're wired.
Verify your device’s network card — if your computer’s Ethernet adapter isn’t gigabit-capable, it might be a bottleneck.
If everything checks out and speeds are still way off, there might be a signal issue or line noise affecting performance. We can definitely take a closer look at that — just let us know!
