Hi there, user_zn9s65! We are happy to help further with your home WiFi connection and are glad you reached out! We want things to work great and be easy to use! This link shows some tips for connecting different 3rd party devices. Are you seeing a certain error message when you try to connect the devices? Have the devices been connected in the past to your network or is this the first time connecting them?

Third party…Netflix, Disney Yoitube etc. Everything worked fine. A service tech came out, found some bad cable from an old dish installation . Replaced it and it worked fine. The next day it connects for a few seconds and then quits. Same old thing.

OK. When I go into infinity to watchi tv, I get an error message that says‘Something seems to be wrong…. Try back later “. An infinity tech came out and replaced some faulty cable and it worked fine. The next day it is  worse than before. The red light on the router blinks a while, then the red light., but the white light rarely comes on.

Hello @user_vvkk1d Thank you for reaching out to us with your connection concerns, we are sorry to hear about the issue you're having. For more clarity are you only having issues when you try to connect to the Xfinity stream app, or are you having an issue with all your devices connecting to your home network?

What do the modem's signal status values look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem / gateway device ?
