my internet download speed is slow

My internet download speed tested by google speed test is 85 mbps, I tried another website speedtest.net and got the similar results.  I am connecting with wifi router.

I noticed this because recently my internet even has problem for a normal conference connection, and it open happened for recent a few months ( ~ 3 months). Any suggestion?
