My internet is so bad I can't work from home

I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone to find out what the issue is. I just get the run around from the AI. I want someone to call me ASAP. This is infuriating. I have restarted my modem a billion times. The internet quality deteriorates at the same time every day, why is that? How is that possible? My internet is nearly unusable and it will be a miracle if this post makes it. I would never recommend Xfinity to anyone. I would beg Verizon to come to my neighborhood.
