My Internet modem goes out every other day and I have to restart. Then I contact Xfinity and they make me restart again. No solution.

Sick of my Xfinity service going out every other day. I pay for 1000mb speed internet and it doesn't even work correctly. It works for the bare minimum when it's out and I can't log in to anything. It's so frustrating. I try to call to connect to agent. The computer just forces a restart that I have already manually done. I pay too much money for this to happen so often. I want to cancel my service if I can't talk to an agent to resolve this.

Hello @user_4po1h4, and thank you for reaching out about your connection issue. I would be happy to take a look into what is causing the problem, and help make sure you get service back to being more reliable.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

The restart fixes it until it goes out again inevitably every other day or so. This has happened since I canceled showtime on my cable subscription a couple of weeks ago.
