My internet wont work and the tech wont do anything and makes excuses.

I have had 3 or 4 techs come out and say that nothing was wrong meanwhile my internet is dropping business calls left and right. i go to decompress and game at the end of the night. LAGGGGGGGGGGGGG spikes every 20 secs which makes anything unless. who can i contact to get this fixed and not get excuses? just to be clear I'm a tech guy, my pc has been on fiber internet and had no problems and now I'm with you guys, I'm ready to hand the equipment after this.

Good afternoon treehousetroll! I absolutely can understand your frustration. I work from home, so ensuring that your connection is working properly is important. I will be more than happy to look into this further for you. I will need to obtain some additional information.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
