Need pedestal moved 2 feet to avoid driveway construction at new home

Pedestal is currently in the way of the driveway at the new home.  we need the pedestal moved about 2-3 feet away near the other utilility boxes.  Can a technician please come move the pedestal?  Ive been trying for weeks to get someone to come move it with no luck.
