Needing App sign on laptop, internet not working with any device.
Roku TV says internet connection is excellent but won't open any app.
Iphone won't connect at all.
Says strong on laptop but asks for app sign in.
Not sure what to do. No devices work with internet.

Good evening, @user_ytldqx! I am sorry to hear that none of your connections are working. We will get to the bottom of this! Are all of your devices on WiFi or do you have connections with an ethernet cable? Is the modem light on and solid white? Did you make any changes like swapping the modem or changing the outlet it is connected to?
