Neighborhood still doesn’t have DOCCIS 3.1/mid-split/high-split speeds
My neighborhood is still stuck on legacy DOCCIS and there is no option for mid or high split speeds. The highest available speed plan is 1.2gbps down and 40gbps up. This is insane when all around me in every direction has DOCCIS 3.1. With now DOCCIS 4.0 slowly rolling out I would really appreciate some information on why my neighborhood cannot be upgraded.

Hey @halfnut3 , Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to reach out regarding upgrades to the mid-split speed. At this time we do not have any information or dates on when the next neighborhood or city will be updated. We understand everyone would like to have this upgrade and they continue to provide more and more homes with it. When it does become available emails will be sent out advising of the updates.
