Netgear CM2050V Latency

At Xfinity's urging, I upgraded to the Netgear CM2050V. Now I have latency issues on my network. Speed tests all look fine however there are latency issues during MS Teams calls, making working from home almost impossible.  Voice calls on "landline" work fine.

Any ideas as to whether the information provided indicates a problem somewhere? Should I ditch the Netgear Modem?

Since reporting this issue have you had a chance to reboot your modem and check the physical connections? Are there any splitters between the modem and the coaxial outlet? Please check those to make sure they are not faulty.
