Network Outage for over 12 hours
We've been without service for over 12 hours. Our xfinity wifi tower is incredibly hot to the touch, but I cannot speak to a single human to ask for help or advice. The outage map shows zero outage in my area.

Hello there! Are you still experiencing issues with your service at this time? Were you able to perhaps swap the equipment at your local Xfinity store?
We also recommend using the Xfinity Hotspots while your service is not available, to stay connected.
