Network Security Key

I am unable to connect my laptop to my home internet.  There are no internet issues.  Each time I try to connect I get a pop up message saying I need to enter the Network Security Key- I’ve tried several times using information off the bottom of the modem - had customer support over the phone try to help with several failed connections and still receiving the same message.  Where do I find my Network Security Key?
