new router and i don't have 2.4ghz option any longer and my wireless printer won't work

new router and i don't have 2.4ghz option any longer and my wireless printer won't work. My internet connection options only shows 5ghz and I've read I need to connect to 2.4ghz but I don't know how to do that.

I went to the Xfinity store and the employee was able to split my band width into 5 and 2.4. I retried the printer using the 2.4 bandwidth and was able to get it connected. However, I also updated the printer driver through Canon's website and I think that was actually the fix I needed. After 5 days of trying everything and with help from Canon and Xfinity I can now print my taxes! Thank you.

Splitting the band width was very easy to do using the xfinity app on my phone.
