New router makes steam drop connections

Hi A while ago I got a new router and ever since my online gaming seshs have not worked at all I am constantly getting DCed when playing with others online for all platforms, (Steam, Epic Games, My switch 2 PS5 Etc.)

My browser works fine for most places like Youtube but for some reason messes up when I go into my Gmail.

My upload speed seems fine and when I talk to support on the issue they say everything looks fine. 

Any ideas on how to diagnose/fix these issues?

Good afternoon user_o12ey3. I would be happy to look into this, and to assist you further. How are you connecting to the router? Are you hard-wired, or wireless? Are you experiencing issues on multiple devices in your household?

Yes internets dropping on everything now its been getting worse and my main computer has an ethernet cable
