No connection to internet ever.
I have to reset my wifi tower everyday and it still doesn't connect to wifi. Paying for a stupid piece to technology that doesn't even do the one thing asked of it. Forever just going to use my Hotspot in my house bc Xfinity doesn't have the wifi its supposed to be providing. Shame people waste their money on things that are supposed to make life easier. And I cant even come home and watch a simple TV show. Thanks Xfinity!

Hi user_z6lheu, thanks for taking the time to post here on the community forums! I can definitely understand being upset about paying for something and not receiving it. To get a better idea of the issue, are you only having issues connecting via WiFi, or are wired devices not connecting either? Also, how long has this been happening?
