No service

I had a tech out 9/14 to look at why we had no service. He said there was an issue at the line drop and that maintenance would have to come fix it at the pole and that they would be here sometime the same day to fix it. It's been 3 days later and still no service or any ideal if they came fixed the line at the pole or not. I've schedule another tech appointment but they won't be out for another 4 days and I just worry they're gonna tell me the same thing and just leave. At this point I've been with out any service since 9/9

Hello @user_uns2j9, and thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience here on our Xfinity Community forums.

I can certainly understand your concern. After being told that a maintenance issue at the pole was the cause of the service disruption and that it would be addressed the same day, it's understandable to feel discouraged when several days have passed without service and without clear confirmation on whether the work was completed.

Being without service since 9/9 is a significant disruption, and I can appreciate why you're worried that the next technician visit may simply repeat the same findings if the underlying maintenance work has not been completed.

If you'd like us to take a closer look at the account, review the technician's notes from the 9/14 visit, and check the status of any maintenance work that may have been requested please send us a Direct Message with your full name and complete service address, and we'll be happy to investigate further.
