NordVPN crashes Xfinity connection

I have been using NordVPN for a couple of years with no problems. About 6-8 months ago I started having problems, this was also around the time I got a new XB6 Gateway. I would be connect to my wifi or to cellular and suddenly, no internet. My iPhone would show I was connected but I couldn't do anything (go to a website, check a device on my network, etc). It would stay that way until I disconnected the VPN. Nord thinks it might have something to do with the IPv6 on the XB6 gateway and that I should disable it. The problem is there is no way to disable IPv6 on the XB6 gateway "Advanced WiFi settings for gateways with this software enhancement are not visible and cannot be managed from the Admin Tool or Xfinity app" So my question is how to get NordVPN or any VPN to work with the XB6 gateway.

Good evening @user_1q580h. Can you confirm that your NordVPN software is update to date?

Thanks for confirming. Is your iPhone the only device giving you issues?

@user_1q580h Just to clarify, with the Windows computer, are you also using the NordVPN on that device? And that device is not having any issues staying connected with the VPN?
