Not getting increased upload speeds after installing Hitron CODA 56 modem

Hi, I got the "Good news You can now enjoy up to 5-10x faster upload speeds and smoother connections with your current Xfinity Internet package" email a while ago. I just upgraded my cable modem to the Hitron CODA56, but am still getting the same 20 mbps upload after activating the Hitron.

I chatted with customer service, who sent a tech out. The tech said the line is perfect and he was able to get 2000 mbps download and 120 mbps upload with his equipment. He wasn't able to see my account details, but thought it was a provisioning issue with my account or modem.

Any ideas?

I am having the same problem.  Comcast upgraded service in my area so it will support higher upload speeds. I bought the HiTron CODA56 a while ago to take advantage of the speeds.  I am getting sliightly better uploads now that the area is upgraded. I get 38 up, before it was 18 up.   My plan has up to 300 upload soeeds.

I work in media so upload speeds are very important to me.   I have opened a chat, just waiting to hear back.
