NOW wifi Pass MacBook not connecting. No splash page.

The login page does not come up, force redirect will not work. Forget network and restart will not work on their own. If I call the number no one can help. Seems like NOW wifi pass has no NOW wifi pass department. I talk to people online and they dont know how to work with NOW Wifi Pass. This only happens on my MacBook m3 my PC win11 is online now. NO ONE knows what NOW wifi Pass is and there is no way for me to access my 2 devices on my NOW wifi Pass subscription. This is painfully frustrating. There is a HUGE macos bug in the NOW wifi Pass system and no one is doing anything about it. Even in the field below there is no dedicated info for NOW wifi Pass. NOW wifi pass just takes your money and says thanks good luck !

Good evening @user_9fso3a and thank you for reaching out on our Forums with your issues connecting your MacBook to your NOW WiFi Pass. While we do have limited access to NOW accounts on this platform, we are happy to help troubleshoot. To confirm, are you in an area with a strong signal? Additionally, are you using a VPN by chance?

@XfinityAlyssaA yes strong signal and no VPN

Also spent 8 hours total on the phone and on online chat with customer assistance representatives for in the past 3 days. So I doubt any of your ideas will work. NOW wifi Pass need fixing and it Xfinity needs to hire people that can work with NOW wifi Pass. Stop taking people's money and not giving Internet service

We appreciate your feedback @user_9fso3a, and are happy to pass it along as this is not the kind of frustrating experience we want for any of our customers. We want to do what we can to assist. I don't want to make you run through a bunch of steps you have already tried, what other troubleshooting steps have you attempted so far?
