Out yet again...Evans, Ga

At this point it's comical how often internet goes down.  Obvious planned outages going on but zero communication for us to plan our customers around.  Very frustrating and horrible service for a service provider. But hey, keep using the hurricane as an excuse as long as you can

We have the best tools to count on here https://www.xfinity.com/response. It is our critical events page, with the resources to get real time updates to your mobile phone, verify the service status or latest updates, and also how to find the closest Xfinity Hotspots. They will help get you online report the repairs needed. We know how important it is to get back online, and get any info from the local techs asap, so we created that page. Click on it now and add your mobile number to receive the latest updates, but most importantly to notify the local techs your service is offline. Getting everyone back online is priority one, and this will help work to restore service.

That tool is not useful at all and purely reactionary with information that is not useful and rarely rarely accurate. I request a private message

@user_cejvk2 Thanks for the feedback, it is the resource we have to check the status, and also report issues if they are unknown. Sign in to the Status page now, and ensure you add your mobile phone number so the local techs in the area are made aware of your address if it's not on the list already. The self-service tool is designed to be used directly, that way customers don't have to wait on the phone or for messages.
