Outages Again

Experiencing our 8-10th outage. Luckily, l I was not home for two of those. Now I have the pleasure of experiencing this one on a very sunny day a little bit chilly so no crazy weather. I have to tell you it’s remarkable how many times we get an outage and people work from home and I pay $60 a month because I upgraded my Wi-Fi to hope it would fix the problem a little bit BUT you still get outages like this remarkable.

@user_d4ri7u We recommend signing up for the notifications to stay up to date once the interruption has concluded. The Xfinity app is also the best to stay on top of issues that may be affecting your service! We can also look into the ticket to see if there are any additional details we may have on the recurring interruptions just send us a direct message to get started.
