Outages???

I live in the BHW section of Manahawkin, NJ and and currently do not have service, once again. This has been going on and off for a few months with days at a time of a day before or morning of notice. I work from home and it costs me money each time there is an outage. Can anyone tell me when the upgrade/improvements will be done for a while?

Can you tell me when I will stop getting last minute notices about Internet outages? This also went on for 3-4 days in the end of June. I work from home and lose money when my

internet doesn’t work. Can you tell me the length of this project and when it will end?

Hi there! We understand how disruptive repeated service interruptions can be, especially when you work from home and it affects your income.

The quickest way to confirm whether today’s issue is connected to planned network improvements or a separate interruption is to check the Xfinity Status Center here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status. Please select View details and enable text alerts so you receive updates as the work progresses.

Network improvements are often completed in phases, so there may not be one single completion date for the entire BHW area. Once the current work is marked complete, please let us know what the Status Center listed as the cause and whether your service remains stable. If the interruption is not listed or the connection continues dropping afterward, we can continue troubleshooting with you here and determine the appropriate next step. You can also check the Xfinity app for any available interruption credit once service has been restored.
