Packet loss problems

I’ve been experiencing severe packet loss for about a month now. All night tonight I’ve been at 20-30% packet loss, but usually it’s not that bad. I have went through all the steps with the xfinity troubleshooter, nothing has helped.

Greetings @user_yrtmmd, before we take a closer look at your network. Have you taken a look at the post that @EG shared? The troubleshooting steps listed there are a little more advanced than what you may found in some of our other articles.
