Parental Controls Not Working

Hi, I have tried to log into the Gateway via the admin function in my browser.  I added various versions of the Snapchat and TikTok websites to the parental control option, kept them on "always," and have all devices set to NOT trusted.  I followed these directions from the Xfinity website.  This function does NOT seem to be actually blocking the websites I have listed.  Please help!

user_454yu6 Thanks for posting on our Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the parental controls. Just to verify, are these the steps you've already taken? Parental Controls for the Internet

@XfinityThomasD Yes, I followed those exact steps.  When I spoke with someone via customer service at 800-934-6489 they told me that this function does not work.  But it was obvious they were reading from a script.  When asked why it is on the Xfinity website, they had no answer.  Please help!
