Paused Device

My phone and computer are showing as paused but they aren't pasued in the app. did app the basic troubleshooting, restarting router, forgetting devices and reconnecting etc. However nothing works

did you ever get a solution for this? I am having the same issue with my Xbox. It is showing its paused but the app is showing nothing paused. I have tried forgetting and reconnecting the network on both the app and the Xbox it self with no result

Hello Arod081194 thanks so much for reaching out and adding your voice to the conversation!  So, if I'm understanding correctly, you set the device to be paused in the Xfinity, App, it is showing as paused on the XBox(not able to connect to the network) but it is not showing as paused in the App?
