Paying for 800 mpbs download rarely get more than 400

Like the subject title says, we're paying for 800 mpbs download but very rarely get more than 400. Usually it's less than 100 when I measure with speedtest. There are no hardware issues in my network. What do you have to do to get the download speed you're paying for?

@Biff-Tannon I'm sorry to hear of your slow speeds and I understand how much this can impact your online experience. Our team is here to resolve your speed concerns.

Are these speeds while you're on Wi-Fi only?

Do you have any devices connected to run a speed test on using an Ethernet connection?

Do you have any additional devices connected such as a separate router, Wi-Fi extenders, splitters or amplifiers connected?

I just checked at speedtest.net and got 210 download and 230 earlier today, a far sight from the 800 mbps being charged for. I don't have any hardware issues. It appears  plenty other people complaining about not getting the download speed that are paying for.
