Pc won’t find signal

I have two PCs and neither of them can find the Internet signal. I am able to find it on all of my Apple products and my phones. How do I make it discoverable on PC

Are the PCs scanning 2.4GHz and 5GHz?  Do they see other networks?  (Neighbors etc.)  Are they desktops?  If so, is there an external antenna?  The Model number of the router/gateway as well as the PCs could help someone as well.

We just moved and the pc’s had no problem finding the network on my Asus router 3 days ago. I haven’t set up the asus router because Xfinity seems to want us to use their extenders instead and doesn’t make it easy to install our own. It seems to be an Xfinity issue. They have told me PC’s only can be hardwired to their equipment- but that seems wrong.

the network adapter is rz616 wiFi 6e 160mhz

the Xfinity modem is xb8

i have separated the triband on the modem and am broadcasting at 2.4 and 5 instead. I’ve updated the network adapters. Restarted all devices- I see two other networks when I click on WiFi on the PC. (When I click on WiFi from my iPhone I see 4 different networks.)

it’s the same issue on both pc’s - no problem with any apple products.
