Persistent internet issues
My internet service has been intermittent since 10/11/2024. I have spent WAY too much time on Xfinity Assistant. Two contractors have been sent out, then an actual Xfinity-employed tech who seemed more competent and motivated, but my issue still isn't resolved. Internet drops multiple times per day, most often in the mid-afternoon, sometimes for a few minutes and sometimes much longer. I am unable to work from home due to not being able to trust my internet service. I'm not getting the service I'm paying for, and it's costing me gas money on top of that to drive to the office unnecessarily.
What do I have to do to get this addressed? If you direct me to Xfinity Assistant I might have a seizure.

Hey there, user_m27xed! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I am very sorry to hear about the experience with your service, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. We can certainly take a look into the account further as it sounds like there has been lots of troubleshooting already completed with our technicians at the home and with our Xfinity Assistant. Can you send us a DM to get started?
