PING SPIKES EVERY 10 MINS, technicien came in this morning but still happen...

I’ve been experiencing severe ping spikes every 10 minutes since last Wednesday, right after a “building internet management” maintenance took place. I reached out for support, and a technician came this morning, but unfortunately, the issue still persists.

The technician mentioned a “no locking” issue on a connector located outside of my unit, within the building infrastructure. However, I’m not certain if this is the root cause, as I’ve seen others mention similar symptoms online and would like to confirm whether this could be the reason.

This issue is significantly affecting daily life: Zoom meetings lag or disconnect during important work presentations; FPS gaming sessions drop completely offline every 10 minutes.

Could someone please help investigate this further or escalate it to a network specialist? I’d appreciate any technical insights or next steps to resolve this.
