Ping Spikes every ~10 minutes with packet loss. Was wondering if it could be resolved digitally instead of having a tech come.

Also its a little crazy that I either have either just deal iwht it or have a tech come to the house. Like come on surely a random rep can tell me this. Instead I have to make an account and post on a public forum.
