pixelating
Xfinity sent me a new modem XB7. Ever since it's been connected, TV is pixelating/interrupting non stop. If I unplug the coaxial cable, TV is fine, but that means no internet.

Hello @Pierre_P and thank you for posting your concern on our Xfinity Community forum!
Poor picture quality can definitely be a concern when trying to enjoy your television programming, and that would definitely frustrate most of us.
XB7 Gateways do use a 32x8 mid/high split spectrum, which is somewhat more robust than older modems. However, there are a few things you can try taking a look at and options you can consider toward a resolution for your current issue.
-Ensuring the modem is not connected to the same coax via a splitter as your set-top boxes
-If they are on a splitter make sure it is a high-quality splitter (rated 5-1002MHz or higher)
-Ensuring the cables themselves are not damaged or loose and are at least current quality RG-6.
You can also use the Xfinity App to troubleshoot your services for the Television and it will even help you to schedule a tech if needed! 😀
Please let us know if this works for you, or if you require additional assistance! We're here to help!❤️
