pod won't come online
I have two 2nd gen pods. light in center blinks. I use the ap to activate, thinks for 5 min and won't connect. I tried putting the pod 10" away with same result. with both pods... had a tech check it out and declared them inoperative ... Both at the same time? Why? I think maybe some other issue... Help!!

Have you attempted to removed them from your account fully, and then add them again? You can find the steps here. Please let us know.
