Poor service after outage.
There was an xfinity outage last week. Since then I am getting poor internet service. On testing the speed I am getting high jitter and sometimes high ping. It is hard to run any applications that need real-time connection.
I have tried to reboot the modem and wifi multiple times with no improvement.
What can I do?

The issue seems to have improved on its own. Probably something on the Xfinity backend.
I will monitor for few more days before doing any troubleshooting.
