Power BI & Xfinity XB8 Gateway

I am unable to publish Power BI reports since getting the new Gateway. I keep getting a message that “an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host” among other errors.

I saw another post about this issue but I didn’t see the resolution after a response from Xfinity.

Any ideas?

For those who may be wondering what "Power BI reports" are, Microsoft "explains" it in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-reports:

A Power BI report is a multi-perspective view into a semantic model, with visuals that represent findings and insights from that semantic model.

(I have not yet managed to find an explanation of this explanation.)

Same issue and all I get is a continual run around through xfinity "troubleshooting"...
