Problem with my location on Edge

Edge has me located in Baltimore-I am in Central Virginia. I have searched high and low, even paid my computer builder for help, but no luck. The only clue I have is that my location is set by my ISP-Comcast. How do I get help from Comcast to get my location corrected? Thanks.
