PS5 Disconnects
Hi team, I’m having an issue where my PS5 disconnects with a message that states land cable disconnected. This has been going on for better part of a year and it is very frustrating when playing online to lose connection.
I have Unplugged the Xfinity router, Looked for fixes elsewhere online, and have had no results.
As a former Comcaster I am hopeful that someone in the CTC building has an answer for this dilemma. I appreciate all your help.
