Random internet lag spikes happening daily on my home network

Hi there! For about the last month or so, my Xfinity internet has been having unbearable internet lag spikes at random times throughout the day. The spikes range from a few seconds to a full hour long. I have tried resetting the modem many times including leaving it unplugged overnight. I can reproduce the issue on all my devices over ethernet and wifi. When I run pingplotter to google's DNS when the issue is happening, I see issues all along hops 2-12 and nothing on my default gateway. The worst issues come from be-36131-cs03.seattle.wa.ibone.comcast.net. I've confirmed all my devices are on the latest firmware and I'm starting to believe the issue isn't on my end and is something wrong with Xfinity's service to my area. Help on this would be greatly appreciated!
