Re:Firmware for Hitron Coda56

I'm looking to get my new Coda56 on the latest firmware, please advise on how this is done as rebooting etc. did not initiate one.  Unable to login to get levels.

Hello @GeneralCuster thank you for reaching out on our community forum. Are you not getting the proper speeds? Do you mean that you need the bootfile updated? Typically, your firmware is updated automatically by your ISP. So it would be automatically updated firmware updates is not something that is manually done.

That sounds right to me, bootfile updated.  I can't login locally or remotely to even see what firmware it's on.  I only know it's blocked until you're on a certain higher version.  Do you see my predicament?

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section.

Try hard resetting the modem to factory defaults by pressing and holding in the recessed reset button on the rear for 25-30 seconds. This can sometimes help pull a new firmware load / update if it is actually queued / present on the system / server. Good luck !
