Replacement modem blinking yellow

So today, August 24, 2024, my Internet modem stopped working. I restarted it and followed steps in the app, no change. I took it to the Xfinity store and this replacement one is also blinking yellow. Any suggestions on how to get this to work? I have the XB8.

Are you also not able to get online ?

The internet was not working at all in the end, one of the other adults in the house figured out what was wrong, see there is a powered coaxial cable outlet / hub in his bedroom, it had gotten unplugged. Once he plugged it back in, he was able to activate the replacement modem and it was working again
