Request for Direct Forum Access — DOCSIS 3.1 OFDM impairment (Arris SB8200)
I’m having DOCSIS 3.1 OFDM impairment that needs line tech support.
I cannot access the Direct Forum (404 error).
Please escalate my thread and allow Direct Support access.
