: Request for Internet Activation – Motorola MT7711 Modem

I recently subscribed to an Xfinity Internet plan that includes Voice service. I have installed a compatible modem, the Motorola MT7711, which supports both internet and phone services. The device is powered on, properly connected, and ready for activation.

Here are the details:

  • Modem Model: Motorola MT7711
  • MAC Address: [Insert MAC Address here]
  • Account Number: [Insert Your Xfinity Account Number]

I was informed that internet activation may not proceed without phone line usage by technical support team, but I do not plan to use the Voice service at this time. Since the MT7711 is fully compatible with Xfinity Voice, I kindly request that you proceed with activating the internet service without requiring phone usage.
