Linda,

The Comcast McKeesport PA aggregation router frequently is “lazy”.  I don’t game but I have read complaints by some that do about this hop.  I have an image showing more than 200 ms latency but I don’t know how to post it here.  The McKeesport PA router sometimes affects me when I am using VoIP.

I don’t wish to abuse the privilege of asking for assistance.

The issue is that even if I report the problem, during the time that it takes for someone to see the report, the intermittent problem goes away.
