I up dated my Xfinity modem  (XB8). It was furnished and installed by a Comcast technician. The next day I received another XB8 modem dropped off at my gate. How do I return the second modem?

Great question, user_634864. You do have a few options to return the equipment.
Option one: Use a home-printed or Xfinity-provided (if applicable) prepaid return label and drop the equipment off at a UPS location.

Option two: Visit us at any Xfinity Retail Store.

Visit xfinity.com/stores to make an appointment or stop by your closest Xfinity Retail Store.
