Riot Games disconnect every 10 seconds.

I've been experiencing this for 3 years. It started around late 2023. I've had over 6 techs come to my house since then and nothing has been done. I've asked for a reroute but was denied. I was denied a static ip as well. My admin panel used to have a QoS feature for my gaming PC but it was removed without any warning and removed from my plan. I pay 222 dollars a month and I don't get the full speed over a wired connection, my wifi drops constantly even when I'm directly next to the rental modem, I have had every possible fix done to my apartment by techs, including a new drop installed in December of 2025. I can see my connection dropping on PingPlotter5. It gets blocked on the 10th hop. There also seems to be major jitter and packet loss on the northdade pompano nodes that my traffic is routed through. Upwards of 300+ ms on some of these nodes. I'm an Xfinity gold member and I've used Xfinity for almost 20 years. I've had websites list my geolocation as being from Frankfurt, Germany when I live in Stuart, FL. Sometimes websites will not load for me on my ethernet connection. I pay for 1000 mbs down and 100 mbs up. I've had speed tests show me at 6 down and 2 up on wifi. On ethernet it never goes over 900 and it fluctuates wildly, especially at the start of any connection. I can feel my packets being delayed in real time. It feels like my connection is being randomly blocked or delayed whenever I do anything at all on my PC. This happens in multiple different games not just Riot Games but also World of Warcraft. Youtube videos have a 50/50 chance of loading in 360p instead of 1080p when I go to watch them. My netflix videos will also do this and I'm forced to refresh the page multiple times until it becomes a higher quality. This is all happenning on ethernet. I've had a tech show up 3 times in the last month. Still no fix. Oh and the tech that installed my new drop in 2025 mentioned that one of the nodes in my area looked like it could also be the reason for my issue but he kind of stopped talking about it and got quiet and put his phone away after saying that.....
