Router - intermittent outages the past 24 hours
I'm experiencing intermittent outages and my router resets - lights go to flashing green then back to white and it works again. It lasts anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. It effects all devices, even hard-wired devices. I've rebooted the router several times, along with the hardwired desktop computer. When it comes up, it works great. I tried working with the xFinity chat, but that is pre-canned and worthless for this problem. I need this fixed quickly please; I use the internet for work. The ironic part is, I'm a software engineer for mostly back-end network infrastructure and my internet is having problems.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem / gateway device ?
