user_ft3a1z, Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out. I can understand the importance of being able to manage your router password as a customer myself. You've reached the right place. Our team of experts are happy to assist with internet equipment concerns such as this over social media. We can help. What is the model of your router? I'm guessing that this isn't a solution for an Xfinity NOW issue. I went through a few steps, to eventually be told that I "don't have Xfinity Services."
When I went to the Xfinity store, they basically told me that they couldn't help me basically because I have the NOW service. Why sell it, if you can't assist me or troubleshoot any issues that I may have. I'm not happy about this Xfinity...😡
user_ft3a1z, This is definitely not how we want you to feel with our XFINITY Now service. I am sorry to learn about this experience when visiting the store. Our NOW internet service is a great affordable producte that offers great value for reliable internet service at an everyday price. Now Internet service offers easy setup and troubleshooting using the XFINITY app and 24/7 digital support via chatting with our XFINITY Assistant. Have you tried troubleshooting with our XFINITY Assistant or troubleshooting via the XFINITY app yet by chance?
