"Routing Failure to Critical IP (63.175.228.94) – CQG Trading Data Blocked"

I’m unable to reach an IP used by my trading data provider CQG (63.175.228.94) over Comcast.

- Ping: 100% packet loss
- Traceroute fails at Lumen: ae0.11.edge2.Chicago10.net.lumen.tech [4.69.219.18]
- CQG has confirmed they have no outages or blocking on their side

I have been using this data provider for 11 years, no issues until now.

I cannot access market data through my broker, or access the CQG WEBSITE from wired router or wifi, 

I can access through mobile data,

contracted CQG, not 1 call about data outages, thousands of clients!

contacted xfinity CSR in INDIA, very nice , reset connection,  same issue!!!

Good morning @user_xvf6js, and thanks for reporting your issue reaching that IP address. Are you still having the issue? If so, have you done any other troubleshooting steps besides resetting the modem?

swapped the xb8 for xb7...resolved...unhappy
