Service Address (and Account) Not Found
Three separate but related issues:
1. I am a member of one account and the owner of another. When signed in to the xfinity app, I only see the account for which I am a member. When attempting to link my other account with the “manage your linked accounts” tool in the xfinity app, I received an error: “A communication error has occurred.”
2. I have had no internet for three days. It abruptly stopped after about five years of service.
3. My service address is not found when using the outage map tool.

Good evening @user_4jsq41 and thank you for reaching out to our dedicated Communities team here on our Forums, we appreciate it. How is your weekend going otherwise? We hope your Sunday is going well! Rest assured that you've reached the right team to help properly address all three of your concerns.
I see that you stated you are a member of one account and the owner of another but when you try linking the accounts on the XFINITY app you receive an error. Have you tried linking the accounts using our online web portal https://login.xfinity.com/login? You try linking the accounts on our web portal by following the instructions on our website here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts. Please let us know if this helps or if you are still unable to link your accounts successfully.
I'm sorry to hear that your internet abruptly stopped. To confirm, have you checked to see if there are any service interruptions affecting your area? I know you stated your service address is not found on the status center tool which is definitely strange. Are you able to check for interruptions using our easy and convenient XFINITY app? If there are no interruptions in your area, may I ask what troubleshooting steps you have attempted such as restarting your modem? Has the internet been stopped due to an issue with your account?
