Service Dropouts

Multiple, frequent dropouts (30 secs - several minutes) are occuring to my service as well as all my neighbors. This has been ongoing for at least 8 days and there have been at least 11 since midnight today.

2 neighbors had service calls planned that were then cancelled by Xfinity as "Everything is fixed."

Ironically (or maybe not), this post failed several times before it blessed the Xfinity servers.

You are correct, it has been a few days since I first posted on this forum with the hope of finding an avenue of support to address our issues. 

Thankfully, a neighbor was able to get through the phone triage system and schedule a service call which discovered the area wide issue affecting our neighborhood.

The issue was eventually repaired.
