Slow internet since Friday afternoon.

I'm in the Seattle area, about 45 miles south. We've been having slow internet service since Friday afternoon, and it hasn't changed. I tried power cycling my modem, an Arris S33, but to no effect. I checked for outages in our area on Xfinity's web site, and I get conflicting information. One status page says that we're connected, another says we're offline.
